This wide breadth of experience and expertise allows us to tailor our team to tackle your toughest problem sets.

Ashley Analytics was founded in 2022 by Damien Ashley to create a company that enables other businesses to reach their specific data driven goals. Damien has a background in Data Analytics & Optimization Theory with formal education from The United States Air Force (USAF) Academy, Georgia Tech and holds Six Sigma Certifications. As a USAF Fighter Weapons School graduate, the Air Force's "Top Gun", Damien wields an ability to tackle difficult problem sets, create teams, and implement solutions. Damien has worked at the Pentagon for the USAF Headquarters presenting findings to the the Air Force Chief Analytics Officer (HAF/A9) as well as for Ubiquitous Influencer Marketing firm. In these roles, Damien conducted research, developed optimization strategies, designed and administrated databases, and created actionable machine learning algorithms to meet specific customer needs.
